How long does UK delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days, and delivery is free everywhere in the UK — no minimum spend. We deliver within the UK only for now; other countries are coming soon.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days of happy-pet returns. Just email support@petora.care with your order number, and we'll send simple return instructions — no awkward questions, no fuss.
Can I track my order?
Yes — as soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link, so you can watch it make its way to your door (and your pet's eager nose).
Do you test products?
Every single one. Our in-house testing team — a sofa-hogging spaniel, two opinionated cats and one very judgemental parrot — plays with, naps on and chews everything before it's approved. They work for treats, and they are ruthless.
