- European Union (Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and more)

Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders over $50 USD
- Flat $7 USD on orders under $50 USD
Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Delivery time
Total time (processing + shipping):
- United States: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 8-15 business days
- Canada: 10-18 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- European Union: 7-15 business days
Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Tracking may take 1-3 days to start showing updates after dispatch.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or customs fees in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ days, or if your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, contact support@petora.care. We'll work with the carrier to resolve.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update.
